FGD vacuum belt filter system for power plants consists of the main filter and auxiliary equipment. The main filter includes machine frame, head and tail pulleys, cloth and belt rollers,vacuum box and lifting system, pneumatic bellows-operated positioner and associated components, slurry feed unit, cake discharge unit, transporter belt and belt support system, filter cloth, wear belt, cloth/belt washing system and wash reclaim piping, and drive unit. The auxiliary equipment includes vacuum pump, filtrate receiver, water pump for washing.
