| There is a Customer Service Department in XuHe company which has a project manager responsibility system for the VBF project supplied by this company. At the delivery time of VBF, the “Operation and Maintenance Manual”, the drawings, and other document for VBF project will be supplied at the same time. Before the installation and debugging work, the project manager will be responsible at site for training the personnel who are going to carry out the installation, debugging and operation work. During the whole installation and debugging process, the project manager will give technical supervision until the VBF system is running normally and the system is initially inspected and accepted. During the operation of VBF, the manager will monitor the performance at all time. For problems reported from the customers, the company will send its staff to arrive at site within 24hrs, so as to solve problems in time. The company supplies the technical consultation, technical training, and, spare parts & fittings to customers. |
